After compeleting M.SC. in Applied Physics in 1973 from Government Engineering College , Jabalpur, India and later M.Sc. (Tech) in 1975 from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, India,&nbsp; I had privilege to work for leading Instrumentation suppliers first in India and later for almost 34 years with ABB in Germany. &nbsp;During my professional career I got chance to work on almost all aspects for Process Automation, such as Field Instrumentation and discrete as well modern distributed control systems based on contemporary electronics and computer technologies. In the start I worked for instrumentation system design of thermal power station. Later, I diversified to software development of Computer Based Data Acquisition System and later to Distributed Control System design&nbsp; &amp; engineering. In later part of my carrier from 1995 onwards my job focused mainly on Sales and Project Management for Power Generation and Desalination Plant Automation projects, mostly in India and Saudi Arabia.
